Bespoke

Personalised EQUA Treatment Plans

Bespoke, holistic treatment plans designed around your skin, facial anatomy, priorities and individual goals.

Clinical Introduction

Personalised EQUA Treatment Plans are bespoke plans thoughtfully designed to support skin quality, facial balance, or a considered combination of both. Rather than focusing on one isolated concern, a holistic assessment considers how your skin, facial structure, proportions and natural features relate to one another. We also discuss how your concerns have developed, what you would like to achieve and which changes would feel appropriate for you. Following a detailed consultation, each plan is tailored to your anatomy, skin needs and individual goals. Treatments may be selected and adapted as your journey progresses. A holistic approach does not mean treating every area or recommending multiple procedures. It means considering the complete picture before deciding whether treatment would be beneficial. Your plan may involve one treatment, a phased combination of treatments, skincare advice, or no treatment at all.

Skin-Quality Plans

These plans focus on the condition and appearance of the skin rather than changing facial structure.

  • May support hydration, texture and elasticity
  • Can address fine lines, crepey texture or dull-looking skin
  • May consider concerns affecting the eyes, face or neck
  • Can include polynucleotides, Profhilo, Sunekos or the Obagi Blue Peel Radiance where appropriate

The treatments selected depend on your skin assessment, medical history and individual goals.

Facial-Balance Plans

These plans consider the relationship between different facial features rather than treating one area in isolation.

  • May consider facial proportions and profile balance
  • Can assess changes in volume or structural support
  • May include the cheeks, chin, jawline or lower face
  • Can include carefully selected hyaluronic acid dermal filler treatment where clinically appropriate

The aim is a measured, natural-looking result that respects your existing features.

Combined Plans

Some concerns involve both facial structure and skin quality. A combined plan may bring different treatments together gradually.

  • Each stage is selected according to your priorities, anatomy and skin
  • Treatments may be phased rather than performed at one appointment
  • The response to each stage can be assessed before anything further is considered
  • The plan can be reviewed and adapted as your journey progresses

A holistic approach does not mean treating every area or recommending multiple procedures.

Consultation Process

Your appointment begins with a detailed face-to-face consultation with a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber. We will review your medical history, current medicines, allergies, previous aesthetic procedures and any relevant skincare. Your skin, facial anatomy, proportions and areas of concern will then be assessed. You will have the opportunity to explain what you would like to improve and what you would prefer to keep unchanged. Suitable options, realistic outcomes, limitations, potential risks and alternatives will be discussed openly. There is no obligation to proceed. Treatment is not guaranteed following consultation and will only be recommended where it is considered clinically appropriate.

The Treatment Journey Steps

  1. Detailed medical consultation and holistic assessment
  2. Discussion of your concerns, priorities and expectations
  3. Creation of a personalised treatment plan
  4. Time to consider the proposed options before proceeding
  5. Treatment delivered gradually where clinically appropriate
  6. Review and adaptation of the plan according to your response

Safety

Safety Note: Every treatment that may form part of a Personalised EQUA Treatment Plan has its own benefits, limitations and potential risks. Your medical history, facial anatomy, skin and previous treatments will be assessed before any procedure is recommended. The risks specific to each proposed treatment will be discussed clearly. A plan may be changed, postponed or declined if proceeding would not be appropriate or safe.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does a personalised plan mean I will need several treatments?

No. A holistic assessment does not automatically mean multiple treatments. Your plan may involve one treatment, a phased combination, skincare advice or no treatment. Only options considered appropriate for your concerns and goals will be recommended.

Do I have to complete every stage of the plan?

No. Your plan is a guide and can be reviewed or changed. You remain in control of whether and when you proceed with each stage.

Can my plan include both facial balancing and skin-quality treatments?

Yes, where clinically appropriate. Some plans focus exclusively on skin quality or facial balance, while others combine both. The proposed sequence will depend on your priorities and assessment.

Will everything be treated during one appointment?

Not necessarily. Where more than one treatment is being considered, a phased approach may be recommended. This allows each stage to settle and be reviewed before deciding whether further treatment would be beneficial.

Will I look different or overtreated?

The aim is to support balanced, natural-looking results that respect your individual features. Treatment is planned conservatively, but outcomes vary and cannot be guaranteed.

Can I book a consultation if I do not know what treatment I need?

Yes. A general aesthetics consultation is the most appropriate appointment if you are unsure which option may suit you. It provides professional guidance without any obligation to proceed.
